Responsibilities

Own the SharePoint stack —maintain and sustain sites, subsites, lists, libraries, and features; proactively monitor workflows and fix defects
Deliver responsive user support —triage work stoppage issues; resolve other tickets; and manage joiner/leaver permissions
Engineer for resilience —plan and execute upgrades/migrations/IT changes and restore all data, functionality, and permissions. Coordinate with the CIO and agency SharePoint experts to anticipate platform changes
Build new capabilities —translate stakeholder requirements into working designs; integrate with other apps/databases; ship usable web parts, reports, user guides, and admin run books; provide training
Automate business processes —deliver tools/portals for tasking, records management (NARA aligned), in processing, resource management (RMT), internal controls (MICP), enterprise risk management, meeting scheduling, and Hotline/Whistleblower intake (retention policy compliant)
Run compliant public facing content across classified networks; ensure sites meet Section 508 accessibility standards; partner with the federal CIO on displays, reports, and metrics
Advance knowledge management —ingest/transform/load datasets to improve findability; automate routine office processes within SharePoint

Required

TS/SCI clearance required
Bachelor's in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
5+ years of SharePoint engineering expertise: site architecture, lists/libraries, workflows, permissions, web parts, and integrations; user and admin documentation; training
Experience supporting content on DOD classified networks
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, PowerApps, and automation tools
