Program Manager, ThriveIQ

Thrive Buildings is the leader in delivering operational efficiency and decarbonization solutions to research, manufacturing, and commercial buildings. They are seeking a ThriveIQ Program Manager to blend service coordination and project management, ensuring service commitments are met with high quality standards while managing internal resources and operational tools.

Responsibilities

Oversee execution of all active ThriveIQ contracts, supporting and bridging the gap between project management, engineering, contracting / accounting, and customer expectations
Manage and assign internal resources such as technicians and engineers
Manage operational software and tools such as SmartSheet and Netsuite
Recommend and implement software and process improvements
Serve as the central point of communication between clients, technicians, subcontractors, and internal teams
Manage service engagements from initiation through completion, including scope definition, schedule development, resource planning, service visit coordination, and progress tracking
Monitor key deliverables, milestones, and dependencies to ensure service projects remain on schedule
Proactively identify risks, delays, or resource gaps and coordinate solutions
Communicate project updates, schedule changes, and service recommendations clearly and professionally
Build strong long-term relationships with customers based on responsiveness, reliability, and service quality
Prepare service quotes and ensure they are delivered to clients in a timely manner
Write subcontracts and purchase materials
Maintain organized service documentation, including work orders, service reports, purchase orders, and job notes
Support invoicing activities by providing accurate job costing information and confirming completed deliverables

Required

2–5 years of experience in service coordination, project coordination, construction services, HVAC, building systems, or a related field
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with project management or service management software preferred
Ability to interpret scopes of work, schedules, and basic technical information

Preferred

Experience with project management or service management software
Familiarity with HVAC, energy services, or building systems a plus (but not required)
