Responsibilities

Manage and analyze data, compile spreadsheets, and prepare reports and publications. Deliver these to collaborators and stakeholders
Assist research team with the acquisition of data pertaining to Asian longhorned beetle biology, ecology, and management. This may include collecting trees, dissecting wood, and preserving specimens
Take part in the collection of field data to determine potential ecological impact of ALB on the landscape. This could include collecting tree measurements and species information

Required

Bachelor's Degree - biology, chemistry, wildlife management or related technical area
2+ years field and bench experience with invasive woodborer pests

Drivers License Class D normal < 26,000
3+ years field and bench experience with invasive woodborer pests
