The candidate will be responsible for managing a case load, developing relationships with office staff and clients, communication via telephone and email, use of the firm’s case management system, document drafting, e-filing, etc
Qualification
Required
Must be licensed to practice law in Nevada and be in 'good standing.'
Must be proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook
Ability to think and act independently
Prior experience in mortgage default work, including foreclosure, title, and/or related litigation is highly desired but not absolutely required if the candidate has other suitable experience
Preferred
Experience with Perfect Practice, Case Aware, LoanSphere, Tempo, Serengeti or similar case management systems is welcomed, but not required
