Fogo de Chão is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Director of Marketing Analytics & Growth Intelligence to lead marketing measurement and growth acceleration. This role involves owning marketing's analytics strategy, developing frameworks for measurement, and collaborating with various teams to optimize performance across channels.

Responsibilities

Own Marketing’s end-to-end analytics and measurement strategy, with clear standards and accountability across channels
Develop and implement robust frameworks for:
Incrementality testing (paid media, CRM, loyalty, offers)
ROI, CAC, LTV, and payback modeling
Cohort, frequency, and retention analysis
Build and maintain executive-level dashboards that clearly communicate performance, progress, and opportunities
Translate complex analyses into concise, actionable insights that drive prioritization and investment decisions
Establish Marketing as a trusted, data-driven growth partner across the enterprise
Serve as Marketing’s analytical authority in partnership with the Media AOR, holding partners accountable to:
Rigorous test-and-learn design
Incremental lift
True business ROI
Partner with Growth Marketing to evaluate and optimize full-funnel performance across paid and owned channels
Support market-level, campaign-level, and NRO performance analysis to inform planning and optimization
Provide analytical guidance on new channels, tactics, and investments before scale
Lead advanced customer segmentation across first-, second-, and third-party data
Design and support propensity models, lifecycle scoring, and predictive signals to inform:
Personalization strategies
Offer and journey design
Targeting and prioritization
Measure and optimize the incremental impact of CRM, loyalty, and lifecycle initiatives on visit frequency, trade-up, and guest lifetime value
Partner closely with CRM and Omnichannel leaders to ensure insights are embedded directly into execution
Help connect digital, marketplace, and in-restaurant data into a unified view of the guest
Support measurement of end-to-end guest journeys, from discovery and reservation through visit and post-visit engagement
Partner with Digital, Technology, and Operations teams to ensure investments are evaluated against guest experience and business outcomes
Act as a strategic thought partner to the CMO, Growth leaders, and executive team
Collaborate closely with the Head of Data Science & Analytics to align on data foundations, modeling approaches, and methodologies
Influence agency partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders without relying on formal authority
Elevate the analytical maturity of the Marketing organization through education, frameworks, and best practices

Required

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
8–12+ years of experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, advanced business analytics, or related roles
Proven experience with incrementality testing and causal measurement
Proven experience with marketing ROI, LTV, and CAC modeling
Proven experience with customer segmentation and predictive analytics
Strong hands-on capabilities with SQL, BI tools (e.g., PowerBI, Snowflake), and advanced analytics techniques
Experience partnering with media agencies, CRM teams, and data science organizations
Exceptional ability to communicate analytical insights to senior executives and non-technical audiences
Builder mindset: entrepreneurial, resourceful, and comfortable operating in a lean, fast-moving environment

Preferred

MBA or advanced degree
Restaurant, hospitality, or consumer brand experience
