Contract Recruiter
Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Contract Recruiter for a global pharmaceutical manufacturer. The Recruiter will play a key role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to support the organization’s growth within the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from job posting and sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and business objectives
Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract high-quality candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, networking, employee referrals, and industry events
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates for technical and cultural fit
Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and company hiring policies and procedures, including EEO and OFCCP regulations
Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process
Track and report on recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness
Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to support workforce planning and talent pipeline development initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required
3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical manufacturing or life sciences industries
Proven success sourcing and recruiting for both exempt and non-exempt roles in manufacturing, quality, engineering, and operations
Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
Proficiency with ATS systems and recruiting tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.)
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
Preferred
Familiarity with cGMP environments and FDA-regulated roles strongly preferred
