Responsibilities
Define and execute the company’s financial vision and strategy
Lead all finance, accounting, tax, and treasury functions
Drive financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting for sustainable growth
Provide strategic insights on real estate and land development initiatives
Ensure accurate, timely reporting and compliance across all entities
Present actionable financial insights to the Board and Audit Committee
Build scalable processes and mentor a high-performing finance team
Foster relationships with external advisors, auditors, and financial institutions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
CPA designation
Extensive experience in real estate and/or land development
Proven success as a CFO or senior financial executive
Expertise in tax strategy, compliance, and governance
Exceptional executive communication and board presentation skills
Ability to travel periodically and maintain operational visibility
High integrity, discretion, and commitment to confidentiality
