Responsibilities

Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and track action items
Serve as a primary point of contact for communications and information flow
Coordinate technical projects, team events, and workshops, including logistics and vendor management
Arrange domestic and international travel and process expense reports
Organize and maintain sensitive technical documents and reports
Support onboarding for new technical hires and manage office equipment requests
Compile data, create reports, and assist with presentations
Contribute to strategic initiatives and process improvements within the technical department

Qualification

Required

Education: Associate degree required; Bachelor's preferred
Experience: 3+ years as an Executive Assistant, Business Assistant, or similar role in technical/engineering environments
Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

Preferred

Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira) and technical terminology
