Responsibilities
Prepare accurate cost estimates across all projects in the preconstruction stage
Develop and maintain cost plans, reports, and cash flows aligned with project scope
Manage RFPs, analyze bids, and provide commercial recommendations
Support value engineering and cost-risk management activities
Price changes and variations throughout design and delivery
Maintain strong awareness of market rates and infrastructure cost drivers
Perform benchmarking and support cost database development
Deliver clear cost presentations to clients and stakeholders
Manage multiple projects concurrently while supporting timely delivery
Qualification
Required
Experience in estimating, cost management, or quantity surveying, preferably within infrastructure or heavy civil projects
Strong understanding of infrastructure construction methods and cost structures
Experience working with owners, consultants, and contractors
Ability to assess risk, change, and cost impacts
High attention to detail with strong analytical skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
