Skinny Mixes, LLC is a company focused on creating low- and no-sugar drink enhancers. The Packaging & Graphic Designer will lead the creative execution for packaging design, marketing materials, and collaborate with various teams to bring brand initiatives to life.

Responsibilities

Execute creative strategy & design for packaging across the Skinny Mixes brand

Ability to produce print-ready files and work with key vendors throughout production process

Work with Marketing & Sales to bring key initiatives to life across packaging, and supporting materials

Responsible for bringing to life our brand at retail/online – PDP Content, Point-Of-Sale Materials (Shippers, Shelf Talkers, etc)

Working with key partners (Corrugate Suppliers, Label Suppliers, etc) to ensure intended vision comes to life in market

Extreme attention to detail with multiple packaging projects in a fast-paced environment

Required

2-3 years leading packaging design, developing mechanical files and working with vendors

Knowledge of print production processes, dieline creation, color approval process

3D Rendering capability

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software

Ability to anticipate bottlenecks and prioritize work with a sense of urgency and ownership to meet deadlines

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or equivalent

Preferred

Prior experience working in Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG)

Prior background working with Private Equity or Venture Capital investor-backed companies
