Responsibilities
Support the management of the pooling banking structure and providing weekly cash forecasting
Review AP proposals vs. the posting of daily transactions hitting the bank account
Ensure adequate funding in the bank accounts denominated in foreign currency
Identifying and communicating potential FX exposures and providing Forecast to Actual variance analysis
Participating in company hedge settlement process to ensure proper segregation of duties
Communicating with Trade Bank back office to ensure all settlements are correctly processed per Sanmina's instruction Banking
Perform online banking portal administration duties: Managing Users and Entitlements
Approving payment templates, ad hoc transactions research and audit reporting, and monitoring bank fees
Keeping all banking documents and signatories up-to-date
May require weekly calls with European bank for updates
Qualification
Required
Bachelors Degree in Finance, Business, or related discipline
0-3 years of experience, Treasury related experience is desirable but not required
Proficient with MS Excel is a must
Comfortable with ambiguity, fast paced environment
Must be able to work in a team setting or independently
