Responsibilities
Repair and modify framing, subfloors, and structural components in existing buildings
Measure, cut, and install materials according to specifications
Interpret construction drawings and renovation plans
Ensure work complies with applicable building codes and safety standards
Install trim, moldings, doors, windows, and cabinetry
Adapt finish work to existing or irregular structures
Prepare and complete wood surfaces to a professional standard
Maintain clean and organized job sites
Collaborate with project managers and team members
Assist with material estimates and scheduling
Address on-site challenges common to remodeling environments
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of carpentry experience (remodeling experience preferred)
Proficiency in rough and finish carpentry
Ability to read construction plans and use standard woodworking tools
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
