Responsibilities

Ensure the successful entry of legacy programs into RRAMS/MARGO as determined by the USPV Integration Lead and System Owners
Work with RRAMS/MARGO activity owners to ensure the accurate and timely entry of in-flight programs
Engage with system owners to troubleshoot any issues with the retrospective entry of programs
Monitor Supplier AE/PQC Training completions to support audit and inspection readiness
Partner with Communications to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of AE/PQC communications to various groups (ITCI employees, J&J Field, etc.)
Monitor the completion of J&J AE/PQC training by ITCI employees
Monitor the completion of updates to contracts with ITCI suppliers to include AE/PQC language

Qualification

Regulatory complianceMicrosoft ExcelAnalytical skillsProblem-solving skillsPharmacovigilance experienceCommunication skillsInterpersonal skills

Required

Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting quality functions such as quality review and regulatory compliance
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Preferred

Bachelor's degree
Pharmacovigilance experience
