Vice President of Sales Operations

The Vice President of Sales Delivery is responsible for overseeing and optimizing acquisition marketing and sales solutions, leading a team to build scalable sales processes and drive client success and revenue growth.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute innovative acquisition marketing and sales strategies that align with client goals and JumpCrew’s business objectives
Oversee the seamless integration of sales and marketing services to drive maximum impact for clients
Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality services
Lead client engagement strategies to ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth
Drive results by delivering measurable outcomes, including increased leads, conversions, and revenue for clients
Collaborate with the business development team to identify and pursue new opportunities for client acquisition
Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing team of sales and marketing professionals
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and professional development opportunities for team members
Implement scalable and efficient processes for sales and marketing delivery
Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in acquisition marketing and sales solutions, incorporating them into client strategies
Monitor and analyze performance metrics, providing actionable insights to drive continuous improvement
Leverage extensive experience in the BPO industry to navigate its complexities and deliver superior results
Implement best practices and frameworks to optimize delivery for both SMB and enterprise clients
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
10+ years of experience in sales delivery, marketing, or client services, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
Extensive experience in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry, with a proven ability to implement scalable and successful sales and marketing solutions
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage large cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
Strong understanding of acquisition marketing strategies, sales processes, and the latest technologies driving client success
Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a track record of engaging with senior leadership and C-suite executives
Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation tools
