Asteroid Health is a mental health treatment center seeking a Director of Clinical Outreach & Business Development. This role involves developing and executing a comprehensive sales and marketing plan to enhance client volume and establish relationships with referral sources and payers while collaborating closely with the clinical team.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and marketing plan to achieve revenue goals and increase client volume

Identify and prioritize target markets and develop strategies to attract and retain clients

Work directly with individuals as a treatment navigator to provide seamless transition of care

Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources, payers, and other key stakeholders in the community

Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure alignment between business development efforts and clinical operations

Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, as well as compiling and analyzing competitive data within assigned geographical regions

Participate in networking events and conferences to build the center's reputation, increase visibility in the community, and drive business development

Prepare and deliver presentations to potential referral sources and payers to promote the center's services and create lasting relationships

Work closely with the billing and finance team to ensure accurate and timely reimbursement for services rendered. (As needed)

Submits timely CRM data, expense reports, annual strategic sales plans and quarterly strategic sales plan updates

Demonstrate knowledge/adherence to state and federal confidentiality regulations

Required

High School Diploma required

Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare business development, preferably in substance use treatment or behavioral health; One year of experience in substance use/ behavioral health treatment required/ willingness to learn about the fields as they pertain to services offered
