Responsibilities

Define and drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our UI framework, tools, best practices, and reusable component library (React, Next.js, Node.js)
Empower product delivery teams to create high-quality digital experiences, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and innovation across our organization

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
5+ years in product management or technical program management, preferably in software development or SaaS environments
Strong technical background in UI technologies (React, Next.js, Node.js) and experience managing design systems or component libraries
Proven ability to develop and communicate product strategy, requirements, and roadmaps
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
Experience working cross-functionally in agile environments
Familiarity with risk management and regulatory compliance practices
