Responsibilities
Organization of client documents – orders, finish materials, plans
Order management i.e., tracking, follow up, shipping, installation
Architectural drafting (CAD) of floor plans, furniture plans, elevations and details
General support of the Principal Designer and Project Manager throughout all design meetings and client interaction
Assistance with site supervision throughout construction
Collaboration and communication with various sales vendors for sampling, orders, and general queries
Assistance in producing design presentations
Pick ups, Deliveries and general organizational tasks at KGID offices and storage facilities
Material library organization
Any other tasks which both parties agree upon
Qualification
Required
degree or certificate from an accredited Interior Design program
High interpersonal skills
Excellent time management skills
leadership aspirations
attention to detail
proficiency with Microsoft Suite
proficiency with AutoCad
Preferred
Studio Designer Software (a plus)
any design rendering program such as Sketchup or Revit (a plus)
