Responsibilities
Enters provider agreements according to the identified reimbursement
Processes provider updates and address changes including additions and changes related to claims addresses
Requests required documentation from providers in and outside of the network
Coordinates and prepares provider data for printing provider directories
Assists with provider mailings
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or GED required
Two (2) years data entry experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required
Knowledge of data entry and organization
Strong customer service and telephone skills
Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills
PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
Strongly detail oriented
Analytical and interpretive skills
Strong organizational skills
Excellent negotiation skills
Ability to work independently in a team environment
Ability to take initiative and follow through
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies
Preferred
Experience in the healthcare field or worker's compensation field preferred
