Required
Strong Communication skills, including the ability to effectively interact with staff, residents, and families

Experience with Office Equipment, such as copiers, computers, and other standard office tools
Exceptional Customer Service skills to maintain positive relationships and attend to the needs of residents and their families
Strong organizational and leadership skills with attention to detail
A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
Preferred
Additional education or certifications in business administration or a related field
Experience in healthcare or senior care environments
