Account Executive
Kulturra is a U.S.-based software company building financial applications on the Salesforce platform. They are seeking an Account Executive to drive new revenue through proactive prospecting and full-cycle sales execution, focusing on building relationships within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Responsibilities
Proactively prospect for new business through outbound activities including LinkedIn, email, calls, trade shows, and industry events
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead qualification through close
Qualify prospects through outbound outreach, inbound lead follow-up, discovery calls, and needs assessment
Conduct compelling product demos tailored to prospect use cases using screen-sharing and video conferencing tools
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through consistent follow-up, objection handling, and deal management
Accurately track all prospecting, sales activities, and customer interactions in Salesforce
Build and nurture relationships with Salesforce Account Executives and consulting partners to generate referral opportunities
Represent Kulturra at industry events and conferences (including Dreamforce)
Qualification
Required
3+ years of recent experience in SaaS B2B sales, including outbound prospecting
Proven ability to generate pipeline through outbound prospecting
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
Excellent discovery, solution-selling, objection-handling, and closing skills
Resourceful, coachable, and self-directed
Ability to articulate ROI and business value
Comfortable working in a lean, collaborative team environment
Preferred
Prior experience selling solutions built on the Salesforce platform a plus
1+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem a plus
