In this role, you will drive branch performance, support team development, and ensure exceptional customer experiences while partnering with the Branch Manager to achieve sales and service goals.

Serve as a key leader in driving branch performance, supporting team development, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences

Help achieve sales and service goals while acting as a mentor and resource for both employees and customers

Model accountability, deliver exceptional customer service, and embrace responsibility in all aspects of branch operations

Manage the branch in the branch manager’s absence

Required

College or initiative demonstrated in related banking education

Leadership or other similar achievements

Three to five years of previous experience in retail banking with increased responsibility, which includes consistency in performing both teller responsibilities and building customer relationships through account opening at a superior performance level

Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

Ability to foster a positive and inclusive team environment

Ability to train, coach, develop, and mentor others

Proven success in building strong customer relationships

Knowledge of bank products, services, and regulatory requirements

Maintains composure and professionalism under pressure

Capable of managing the branch in the branch manager's absence

Exhibits professional attributes including polished appearance, reliable attendance, and appropriate demeanor

Skilled in computer applications including Word, Teams, Excel, and various core banking systems

Demonstrates enthusiasm and adaptability in learning new products, services, and technologies

Preferred

Preference of experience in supervision, mentorship or leadership role
