Become the category expert, always seeking new opportunities for growth

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Merchandising, Supply Chain or related area and 3 years' experience in sourcing OR 5 years' experience in sourcing, Business, Merchandising, Supply Chain or related areas

Bilingual in English and one or more language used to transact business in assigned country

Project Management certification

Experience in sourcing, supply chain, merchandising, or related field (3+ years)

Advanced Microsoft Suite, project management, and analytical skills

Proven negotiation and merchandising expertise

Strong relationship-building and influencing abilities

Category management experience, especially in commodities, packaging, or food ingredients
