Call Center Agent / Customer Service Rep
Swoon is seeking a Call Center Agent / Customer Service Rep for a night-shift, on-site contract role in Peoria, IL. The ideal candidate will monitor safety-related video events, document findings, and communicate effectively with industrial site personnel while working in a secure 24/7 monitoring center.
Responsibilities
Monitor safety-related video events and system alerts
Identify signs of fatigue or distraction and accurately classify events
Document findings and follow established safety procedures
Contact industrial site personnel when safety intervention is required
Work in a secure 24/7 monitoring center with a small on-site team
Use Microsoft Office 365, Teams, and internal systems to track and communicate information
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED required
1–2 years of customer service, call center, or related experience
Strong multitasking ability (speaking and typing simultaneously)
Excellent attention to detail and verbal communication skills
Basic computer proficiency, including: Browsing and interface navigation, Typing and data entry, Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Teams
Ability to accurately document and record information
Reliable transportation and ability to work on-site overnight
