Billing Associate

Responsibilities

Create and maintain customer accounts in the billing system
Prepare, process, and send customer and third-party invoices
Issue billing adjustments and handle refund checks
Monitor and follow up on delinquent invoices
Maintain daily logs and records of billing transactions
Contact customers regarding billing questions and payment status
Balance daily payments and receipts
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable invoices
Apply customer payments and reconcile accounts
Respond to billing inquiries via phone and email
Support month-end billing and closing activities

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent
0–2 years of billing, accounting, or administrative experience
Foreclosure experience required
Basic math skills and comfort with computer systems
