Responsibilities
Welcome all guests with a friendly, professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression
Direct visitors to the appropriate team members and coordinate meeting arrivals
Engage with guests as needed, offering refreshments and ensuring they feel comfortable while waiting
Manage incoming calls routing them appropriately
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked kitchen and common areas throughout the day
Coordinate office vendors, deliveries, and building-related requests
Support the CEO with administrative tasks such as calendar coordination, meeting prep, and ad hoc requests
Assist with scheduling meetings, managing conference rooms, and preparing spaces for meetings
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or 1+ years of experience in a receptionist, office coordinator, or hospitality-focused administrative role
Proactive, dependable, and service-oriented with a positive attitude
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through
Comfortable interacting with executives, clients, and visitors
Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
