Cover assigned institutional accounts and add value through execution, market insight, and idea generation

Provide timely market color and deliver relevant trade ideas to clients

Be a leader in driving new customer inquiry and trade ideas in a push to grow our franchise

Contribute to an environment of collaboration and teamwork across the various groups within the firm

Required

Deep knowledge of customers and fixed income sales

Proficient in MS Office Suite and Bloomberg

Ability to work independently and with initiative in an entrepreneurial environment

Possess leadership qualities and personal integrity
