Working closely with senior leadership to develop and implement enterprise-level strategies
Qualification
Required
Strong experience and expertise in Professionals Services industry Acquisitions and Corporate Development
Proficiency in conducting Due Diligence and assessing transaction risks
Advanced Analytical Skills and a deep understanding of financial analysis and modeling
Extensive background in Legal, Accounting, Financial and Financial tech rollups and mergers & acquisitions
Proven ability to lead teams and work collaboratively across departments
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
10+ years of relevant experience with reputed PE, Investment or Law Firm is required
