Responsibilities

Design, architect, and manage scalable solutions across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Copilot, Power Platform)

Lead Copilot and Generative AI enablement, ensuring secure, governed, and high-value adoption

Own the strategy, governance, licensing, and optimization of collaboration platforms

Monitor and act on insights from M365 Message Center, Service Health, and Secure Score

Support and guide users building solutions with SharePoint, Power Automate, and Power Apps

Partner closely with engineering, operations, security, and leadership teams to deliver impactful solutions

Drive enablement and adoption efforts to improve productivity and introduce new capabilities

Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues escalated from the Help Desk or identified during design phases

Create and maintain clear, comprehensive documentation (architecture diagrams, standards, runbooks)

Mentor, coach, and elevate other engineers while remaining hands-on

Stay ahead of emerging Microsoft technologies and industry best practices

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

4+ years of experience in a Personal Productivity & Collaboration or similar engineering role

Deep expertise in Microsoft 365, including: Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive

Copilot enablement and governance

Secure Score and security posture management

M365 Message Center and Service Health

Strong engineering mindset with experience in design, architecture, and modernization

Experience with licensing management, governance, and ITSM/change management

Familiarity with Defender, Purview, or other user-facing security tools

Leadership capability: mentoring, delegating, and owning an engineering practice

Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

Relevant Microsoft certification (Associate-level or higher)

Preferred

Atlassian stack experience (Jira, Kanban, Agile boards)

Broader Microsoft ecosystem experience (Azure, Intune, UEM, IAM)

Exposure to hybrid or cloud-native environments (Azure-focused)

Prior lead-level experience in modern collaboration engineering
