Responsibilities
Floor Care: buffing, waxing, stripping, and carpet cleaning floors of all types
Equipment Maintenance: Cleaning and maintaining cleaning equipment and supplies inlcuding mops, brooms, brushes, pads, and machines
Safety Following safety procedures and adhearing to orginiazational safety, risk management, and infection control standards
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in floor care or related field
Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and supplies (up to 50lbs)
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Floor techs will be required to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods of time
