Day Program Coordinator
Easterseals NH is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting individuals with disabilities. They are seeking a Day Program Coordinator to supervise and manage a team of direct support staff, ensuring high-quality programming for adults with disabilities in the community.

Responsibilities
Supervise and manage a team of direct support staff in the Manchester area
Facilitate high quality day programming for adults with disabilities within their community
Ensure that the program and its services meet or exceed Easterseals’ quality standards as well as state and federal program certification standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services or related field
Ability to contribute to a multi-disciplinary team
Ability to work a flexible schedule
Six (6) years of relevant experience can be substituted for the degree
Experience working with individuals with disabilities
Valid driver's license
