Responsibilities
Manage personal injury litigation cases with a typical docket of 35 to 65 matters
Draft and argue motions, take and defend depositions and participate in trial preparation
Handle discovery, strategy and negotiations on impactful injury matters
For Pre-Litigation roles: oversee 300 to 600 cases with full internal support
Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the case lifecycle
Qualification
Required
4 to 5 years of personal injury experience and plaintiff-side strongly preferred
Licensed with the Texas Bar in good standing
Courtroom experience including depositions, hearings or trial involvement
Strong leadership and collaboration skills with the ability to manage a robust docket
Must not come from firms on the restricted list which we can confirm together
Preferred
Experience using Filevine
History of achieving six or seven figure settlements
