The Benefits Manager will oversee the full lifecycle of employee benefits programs and requires a strong background in benefits administration within a corporate, professional services environment.

Responsibilities
Minimum 7–10 years of progressive experience in benefits and leave administration, with at least 3 years in a management or lead role
Serve as the subject matter expert for the Benefits and Leave administration modules in Ultimate Kronos Group (UKG experience NOT required)
Ensure data integrity, troubleshoot system issues, and support HRIS upgrades or process enhancements
Proficiency with HRIS benefits modules, ACA compliance tools, COBRA platforms, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Manage plan vendors and third-party administrators
Coordinate transfer of data to external contacts for services, premiums, and plan administration
Qualification
Required
