Qualification
Required
Deep expertise in KDB+/Q and high-performance data systems
Proven experience in real-time market data or trading environments
Demonstrated leadership or managerial experience — team lead, tech lead, or engineering manager

Experience architecting scalable, reliable, low-latency data platforms
