North America Sales Manager
usecure is transforming how organizations manage human cyber risk with their fast-growing SaaS platform. They are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead their new US team, focusing on coaching, developing, and refining sales processes to accelerate their expansion in the North American market.
Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop the US Account Management team
Manage a new team of Account Managers responsible for inbound conversion, outbound prospecting, demos, and end-to-end sales cycles
Build a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement
Provide structured coaching: call reviews, pipeline reviews, objection handling, deal strategy
Create clear personal development plans for each rep, ensuring the right structure is in place to generate motivation and commitment
Own sales performance and pipeline generation in the region
Drive attainment of monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Partner with Marketing to create and convert high-quality inbound demand
Support the team in sourcing outbound opportunities and breaking into cold accounts
Remove blockers, support key deals, and help close strategic accounts
Refine our sales process for the North American market
Adapt the UK sales playbook to fit US buyer expectations, velocity, and competitive landscape
Identify opportunities in the US Market, especially with Managed Service Providers and Resellers
Iterate on messaging, qualification criteria, discovery frameworks, and demo flows
Establish a repeatable, scalable rhythm of business for the region
Forecasting, reporting, and performance visibility
Deliver accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts
Build and maintain a reliable sales pipeline across the team
Use data to spot trends, identify gaps, and implement corrective action early
Strategic planning and team expansion
Partner with the CRO on headcount planning and the long-term growth strategy for the US market
Identify where we should double down, where to expand, and where to experiment
Shape the early foundations of our North American GTM operation
Cross-functional collaboration
Work closely with the CRO on strategy, forecasting, and sales process design
Collaborate with the Marketing team on US-specific demand generation, feedback loops, ICP insights, and message testing
Partner with the Product team to communicate market needs, customer pain points, and competitive insights
Ensure alignment and knowledge-sharing with the UK sales team
Represent the company in the market
Serve as the senior commercial presence in North America
Build relationships with key customers, partners, and industry influencers
Gather and share real-time feedback from the field
Qualification
Required
3+ years in software sales management
Experience leading full-cycle B2B SaaS sales teams, ideally in a high-velocity and channel focused environment
Strong track record of hitting targets and improving rep performance
Deep experience running structured forecasting, pipeline inspections, and deal coaching
Comfortable building or adapting sales playbooks and operating processes
Excellent communicator across time zones, with strong written and verbal skills
Preferred
Experience working in cybersecurity or MSP ecosystems
Familiarity with multi-timezone collaboration
Exposure to early-stage expansion roles
