Analyze insurance policies and advise insurers on complex coverage issues
Draft detailed coverage opinions
Defend carriers in bad faith and declaratory relief actions
Manage your own caseload with support from experienced partners
Handle depositions, discovery, strategy, and dispositive motion work
Qualification
Required
California Bar member
1+ years of experience in insurance coverage and/or bad faith litigation defense
3+ years of general litigation defense experience with a strong interest in this space
Strong legal writing and analytical skills
Someone who values independence, excellence, and a healthier pace of legal life
