Safety & Risk Solutions Engineer
CORE Safety Group is seeking a dynamic and technically savvy Safety and Risk Solutions Engineer to support their growing sales and customer engagement efforts. This role is instrumental in demonstrating the value of the platform to prospective customers and ensuring technical alignment throughout the sales cycle.
Responsibilities
Lead Product Demonstrations: Deliver tailored, high-impact demos to safety, risk, EHS, and insurance buyers that showcase the value of Rhythm’s solutions
Sales Support: Partner with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle—providing technical validation, solution mapping, and responding to RFPs and security reviews
Customer Discovery & Solutioning: Engage deeply with prospective customers to understand their workflows, data sources, pain points, and design solution approaches using Rhythm’s capabilities
Webinars & Industry Events: Participate as a technical expert and product evangelist in webinars, trade shows, and customer roundtables
Prototype & Configure: Build proof-of-concept environments, light configurations, or sandbox experiences to validate product fit and accelerate buying decisions
Feedback Loop: Capture voice-of-customer insights to inform product roadmap, sales enablement, and implementation planning
Qualification
Required
Must be local or open to relocate to Sunrise, FL
Bachelor's Degree in a related field is required
5+ years of experience in a safety and risk solutions engineering role
5+ years of exposure to enterprise risk and claims management
Great communication and presentation skills
Experience with EHS and Risk Management Information Systems (RMIS)
Preferred
Experience with Salesforce is preferred, especially in AppExchange
