Thrive Pet Healthcare is looking for a full-time Client Service Representative to join their team at Dulles South Veterinary Center. The role involves ensuring excellent client service during all interactions, managing client flow, and providing support to the veterinary team.

Responsibilities

Responsible for ensuring great client service during all interactions

Answering high volume calls and prioritizing importance of calls

Monitor client flow from check-in to check-out

Records Management

Data Entry

Accurately relay information to clients

Process payment transactions

Ability to prioritize client/patient flow based on presenting symptoms and presentation

Work closely with team members and remain cooperative and respectful

Candidates in this role will be cross trained as a veterinary assistant and must be comfortable handling animals

Required

Prior experience in a veterinary setting is required

Veterinary CSR's and Veterinary Assistants encouraged to apply

Demonstrates the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
