Responsibilities
Support the management of class action cases from start to finish by conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, and assisting with depositions and trial preparation
Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, providing case updates, and resolving case-related issues
Perform in-depth legal research and draft motions, briefs, and other essential legal documents
Participate in all aspects of the discovery process, including drafting and responding to discovery requests and preparing for depositions
Court Representation: Advocate for clients during court proceedings, including hearings and trials
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Active bar license in good standing
Experience in handling class action cases and complex employment disputes
Strong legal research and writing skills
Ability to draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents
Experience in court representation and advocacy during hearings and trials
Excellent communication skills to act as a primary point of contact for clients
Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a remote work environment
