Responsibilities
Responsible for the creation of and updates to Oracle Health-based provider and resource templates within the Munson Provider Network (MPN), ensuring compliance with the MPN’s Access Guiding Principles and Operational Standards
This includes monitoring schedule change requests, developing and modifying scheduling templates to optimize provider time in practice, and supporting the improvement of patient access, provider scheduling rates, and provider productivity
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree in health services administration or related field preferred
In lieu of an associate's degree, candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in health care
Ability to work a flexible shift (weekends, evenings) may be required occasionally
Preferred
Experience with MHC's automated Information Systems, including Oracle Health and Microsoft Office Suite preferred
Experience in schedule management and applying medical templates is preferred but not required
