Responsibilities

Own and execute SEO strategy for two beauty e-commerce brands
Lead technical SEO efforts: site architecture, crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals
Develop keyword strategies for product pages, categories, collections, and content
Oversee on-page optimization (titles, meta, headers, schema, internal linking)
Conduct regular SEO audits and prioritize fixes with development teams
Analyze SEO performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and third-party tools
Track rankings, organic traffic, and revenue impact
Identify growth opportunities through competitor and keyword gap analysis
Establish SEO processes, documentation, and reporting dashboards
Manage or mentor SEO specialists, freelancers, or agencies as needed

Qualification

Required

5+ years of SEO experience (e-commerce required)
Proven success driving organic traffic and revenue growth
Strong technical SEO knowledge
Experience managing SEO for multiple websites or brands
Familiarity with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms
Proficiency with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.)
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Preferred

Beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industry experience
Content SEO experience
CRO or UX optimization knowledge
