Vice President of Digital Transformation
Razorjack Recruiting/ R G Resources, Inc is seeking a Vice President of Digital Transformation & AI to lead the company’s enterprise-wide digital modernization strategy. This role involves driving the adoption of AI and advanced analytics to improve operational efficiency and customer experience across various business functions.
Responsibilities
Develop and lead the company’s multi-year digital transformation roadmap
Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities for AI, automation, data analytics, and digital platforms
Drive modernization of legacy systems and processes
Lead enterprise digital change management and adoption
Define and execute the company’s AI strategy, including:
Predictive analytics
Machine learning
Intelligent automation
Computer vision and IoT integration (if applicable)
Deploy AI solutions across operations, manufacturing, supply chain, sales, and customer experience
Establish data governance, model performance, and ethical AI standards
Implement smart manufacturing / smart operations initiatives
Deploy automation and digital workflows to reduce cost, improve throughput, and enhance quality
Leverage AI for predictive maintenance, demand forecasting, quality analytics, and optimization
Oversee digital platforms, cloud strategy, data architecture, and system integrations
Partner with IT on cybersecurity, infrastructure, and enterprise architecture
Lead vendor and technology partner strategy
Build and lead a high-performing digital, data, and AI organization
Drive a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement
Lead enterprise change initiatives and digital adoption programs
Own digital KPIs and ROI metrics
Present digital strategy and performance updates to executive leadership and board
Ensure digital investments deliver measurable business value
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field
12+ years of progressive leadership experience in digital transformation, technology, or operations
5+ years leading enterprise AI, data, or automation initiatives
Proven experience driving large-scale digital modernization programs
Strong understanding of: Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning
Strong understanding of: Cloud platforms & data architecture
Strong understanding of: ERP, MES, CRM, and enterprise platforms
Strong understanding of: Automation, RPA, and Industry 4.0 concepts
