This role supports day-to-day site performance through data, systems, and process analysis, working closely with production, maintenance, reliability, and engineering teams to enhance operational execution.

Responsibilities
Support operational performance reporting across processing, maintenance, and site functions
Extract, validate, and analyze data from operational systems (ERP, CMMS, production systems)
Maintain and improve dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking used by operations leadership
Support maintenance and reliability analysis including downtime, backlog, and work order data
Identify data gaps, system issues, and opportunities to improve reporting accuracy and consistency
Work with site teams to improve system adoption and standardization of processes
Support shutdowns, outages, and operational projects from a data and reporting perspective
Prepare clear summaries and insights for supervisors and site leadership
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across operations and maintenance
Qualification
Required
Experience in an operations, systems, or analytical role within an industrial environment
Strong understanding of how operational systems support production and maintenance
Comfortable working with large datasets across multiple systems
Strong Excel skills; exposure to Power BI or similar tools preferred
Methodical, analytical, and detail-oriented approach
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, production-focused environment
Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders
Highly organized with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
Preferred
Exposure to mining, minerals processing, manufacturing, or heavy industry
Experience working with ERP or CMMS systems (SAP, Oracle, Maximo, etc.)
Familiarity with maintenance and reliability KPIs
Interest in process improvement and operational excellence
