Responsibilities
Gathering, analyzing, and documenting IAM-related processes, use cases, and solutions
Driving the successful delivery of IAM programs, such as identity governance, access reviews, SSO, MFA, and privileged access management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
8–10 years of professional experience, with at least 4–5 years focused specifically on IAM or information security
Experience working in complex IAM environments across multiple platforms and systems
Preferred
CBAP, CCBA, or equivalent Business Analysis certification
Security certifications such as CISA, CISSP (associate), or vendor-specific IAM certifications (e.g., SailPoint BA Certified)
