Responsibilities
Check in, label, and put away inbound shipments using Microsoft Excel and P21 operating system
Organize and prepare inventory transfer shipments as part of the inbounding process
Work with Quality Control Department and perform quality inspections as required as part of the inbounding process
Keep track of inbounding discrepancies using Microsoft Excel
Keep good records of shipments and good paperwork organization of shipments and transfers
Perform inventory and bin adjustments in P21 as part of the inbounding process
Locate missing parts
Unload inbound shipments at dock
Help in other departments as needed

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel
Ability to learn shipping and operating systems quickly (P21 and Quick ship)
Ability to operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and Work Assist Vehicles

Forklift Certification a plus
