Responsibilities
Create and initiate community marketing campaigns to attract new customers, foster referral business, and maintain business relationships with local real estate agents
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of customers’ needs and how those needs align with Eastwood Homes’ product design
Demonstrate model home, floor plan designs, home features, and home-site availability to potential residents
Understand architectural plans, blueprints, and site plans
Facilitate contract documents as it pertains to the purchase of a new home
Work alongside community builder and onsite New Home Specialist to deliver 100% customer satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Excellent written, verbal communication and customer service skills
Successful completion of a pre-employment drug and background screening
Ability to work a minimum five-day work week including Saturday and Sunday plus early evening weekday hours
Proper business attire and personal hygiene required to represent company in a professional manner
