Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the QMS system for the NJ site

Establish and implement process control plans to include capability studies, gage repeatability and reproducibility (Gage R&R) studies

Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data; and making recommendations

Development of inspection and work instructions

Performance process capability studies

Ability to read and interpret assembly and component drawings and engineering specifications

Prepare and submit Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) packages ensuring all elements are met per customer requirements

Participates in and performs Layered Process Audits (LPA) per plan

Management of Customer and Internal Complaints, Supplier if needed
