New Grad, Entry LevelLevel Up USA is seeking a motivated Business Development Associate to join their in-person sales and marketing team in Cincinnati. In this role, you’ll engage directly with customers in retail and event environments, driving new customer acquisition through consultative sales conversations.

Responsibilities
Drive revenue growth through in-person sales and marketing initiatives, acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts
Represent telecom products and services through clear, engaging, and value-driven presentations in retail and event settings
Build trust-based customer relationships by identifying needs and delivering tailored solutions
Leverage market trends and customer insights to refine sales strategies and improve performance
Upsell and cross-sell services to maximize customer lifetime value
Collaborate closely with leadership to consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
Participate in ongoing training focused on sales strategy, marketing execution, and leadership development
Qualification
Required
Must be 18 years or older at the time of application
Strong verbal communication and presentation skills
Confidence in relationship-building and basic negotiation
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset
Comfortable working in a fully in-person, customer-facing environment
Ability to take initiative while collaborating effectively within a team
Preferred
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Prior experience in sales, marketing, business development, or account management is a plus, but not required
