Responsibilities
Lead manufacturing process transfers between locations with minimal impact on production
Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and resources
Collaborate with engineering, quality, regulatory, supply planning, procurement, production, and suppliers
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and product quality
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and internal policies
Track, monitor, and report project progress; address risks and deviations
Resolve technical and logistical challenges to maintain production continuity
Prepare documentation and support training at the receiving site
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering
5+ years of experience in new product development or product transfer in a regulated industry (medical device preferred)
Strong experience with medical device manufacturing methods
Proven ability to work cross-functionally
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to interpret and improve inspection, gauging methods, and quality systems
Basic understanding of operations deliverables and documentation
Ability to work independently with periodic guidance and mentorship
Preferred
GD&T knowledge
Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
Analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to develop technical solutions
