Supernova Technology™ is a pioneer in cloud-based securities-based lending solutions. They are seeking a Junior Software Engineer to engage in the software development life cycle, learn from experienced engineers, and contribute to coding and diagnosing product issues.

Responsibilities

Remain involved in Supernova's full software development life cycle

Hands-on coding for new features and bug fixing

Contribute to release and deployment of the software component that is within this individuals domain

Diagnose potential product issues and provide technical support

Get involved in ad-hoc projects as requested (or interested in)

Qualification

JavaC/C++JavaScriptJava Spring FrameworkPythonAdaptabilityTime management

Required

BA/BS or MA/MS degree in Computer Science or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience

Knowledge or experience with one or more general purpose programming languages including but not limited to: Java, C/C++, and JavaScript

Hands-on practice on Java Spring Framework and Spring boot

Ability to handle high priority requests in a timely fashion

Ability to adapt to the dynamic and changing nature of a startup company and developer roles

Preferred

Python is a plus
