Integrated Program Planner II

Responsibilities
Be part of a team to plan and manage detailed schedule networks from design, assembly, test, and into operations
Interface with Engineering, Finance and Business Operations, Supply Chain, and Program Management while working with the entire planning team to translate authorized customer requirements into the performance measurement baseline
Develop and maintain compliant Integrated Master Schedules that accurately and comprehensively validate contractual scope, workflow, and resources required to execute the program
Work with cross-functional teams to drive progress and performance, monitor changes and status, and facilitate communication between stakeholders
Assist in negotiating handoffs between product areas regarding technical content and schedules as well as facilitating workaround planning as required
Serve as a liaison by maintaining, publishing, and presenting relevant planning and scheduling information and metrics to provide visibility to management
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of experience in program planning or program management
Experience in development and maintenance of integrated master schedule networks
Ability to interface with Engineering, Finance and Business Operations, Supply Chain, and Program Management
Ability to translate authorized customer requirements into the performance measurement baseline
Ability to develop and maintain compliant Integrated Master Schedules
Ability to work with cross-functional teams to drive progress and performance
Ability to monitor changes and status, and facilitate communication between stakeholders
Ability to assist in negotiating handoffs between product areas regarding technical content and schedules
Ability to serve as a liaison by maintaining, publishing, and presenting relevant planning and scheduling information and metrics
Active Secret security clearance
Preferred
1-3 years of professional experience in aerospace/defense program planning or scheduling
Prior experience in a project management schedule networking tool such as Open Plan, Primavera, Artemis, MS Project, or another comparable scheduling/planning tool
Experience applying Earned Value Management (EVM) principles and practices including Cost/Schedule Integration, Earned Value Metrics, Performance Measurement/Reporting, and Project Control and Forecasting
Experience delivering leadership project briefings
Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to work in a team environment
